SENSUAL QIGONG

 

Get out of your head into your body with all your senses

                 

Qigong is a system of self-healing that has been used in China for thousands of years to achieve health and longevity. A regular Qigong practice will be relaxing and invigorating helping to both calm and energize the body tapping into the self-healing medicine that is already inside us.

These easy to learn and gentle yet powerful qigong exercises harmonize the body, mind and spirit through movement, breath, self-massage and visualization.

Soft, flowing and sensual movements will allow you to get out of your head and into your body connecting you with your feminine energy and the sensations of your body awakening your deeper wisdom, your intuition and desired feelings.

Reconnecting with the source of your being, coming home to who you are and what you are capable of is the gift of this beautiful practice. There is a powerhouse of energy stored inside of you waiting to flow and to be released.

In our practice we will move, shake, tap, massage, meditate and collectively make sounds of emotional release and transformation. Because desires run deep, beyond the intellectual realm, and Sensual Qigong provides the perfect canvas for us to go inward and be curious about what and how we feel.

We will practice in a safe space to be free to move and express yourself, getting in touch with all your senses and connecting with other women lifting each other up into a powerful exploration of our essential energy. Because when women come together it makes them softer and more beautiful. Women instinctively know how to nourish each other. Just being with each other is restorative.

It will be a true honor to guide you into your body and fully surrender to your deep sense of inner knowing and inspire radical self love. I have practiced Qigong for many years now and it has changed my life in so many ways. I have been fortunate to have learned Qigong and practiced side by side with some amazing Qigong masters. I started practicing in 2010 after being diagnosed with Graves’ disease (an autoimmune disease affecting the thyroid). I believe Qigong has healed me from this disease preventing me from having to remove my thyroid taking medication for the rest of my life. 
My Qigong practice helps me to stay balanced, in tune with in my body and in touch with my female energy. It grounds and centers me and provides me with a sense of calm. It has improved my digestive system, my posture and my sleep as well .It provides me with a tool to help me transform unwanted emotions into positive ones. It has been a truly magical practice for me and I am so inspired to pass what I have learned on to others.
